We're glad to work with you ahead of your visit so that every guest, including those with mobility, sensory or other access needs, can move through the villa and its grounds with ease.
Step-free routes connect the main living areas, terrace and pool deck, with wide walkways throughout the gardens.
A ground-floor suite with accessible bathroom fittings can be prepared on request — let us know your requirements when booking.
Our team is on hand throughout your stay and happy to assist with luggage, seating and movement around the estate.

OSOTUA Villa 18 is fitted with its own internal accessible lift, so guests who'd rather not take the stairs can move between Level 0, Level 1 and the rooftop comfortably and independently.
Bathroom doors are fitted with a support railing, helping guests move in and out safely and independently.
The living and dining areas flow into one another through wide, level doorways, with plenty of room to move freely between them.
Not every guest wants the busiest room in the house. There are quieter corners set apart from the main gathering spaces, for anyone who needs a calmer moment away from noise or crowds — just let us know, and we'll point you to the right spot.
